Meet Jordan Morley, our Head of Media and Digital and lord of the spreadsheets. He’s got media planning down to a fine art, finessing campaigns across TV, Radio, Outdoor and Digital since he started at CNS 4 years ago.

Rachel is a Chesvegas local, ready to chase our numbers. But when she’s calculating our accounts, you’ll find her at her local scout organisation either camping or raising funds.

Meet our Video Production Manager, Clem. He’s the (disputed) office ping pong champion and also on the ball with getting concepts rolling from the idea through to the final product. These include videos, designs, social concepts and any other wider world advertising.

Meet our Accounts Assistant, Kelly

She’s getting her hands stuck in the numbers, helping our accounts team make precise calculations. 

But when not doing her best maths, she’s gyming or playing netball and loves a  local gig & comedy show! 

Meet director and media machine, Kim! She’s been in the media game for over 20 years and is still on fire. Since becoming a mother of one she now juggles work, mum duties and HIIT classes around her daily routine.

Meet Curt, team handyman and absolute hero! As far as job titles go Curt has collected quite a few; Creative Designer / IT Manager / Fixer of Things. We’re not sure how much we’d cope without him…or his cheerful tunes.

Meet our Video Production Assistant, Natasha.

She recently graduated from Edinburgh University, has been the Producer for theatre shows and student films – she has a great eye for detail and a passion for logistics.

She has just about every hobby going, including hiking, photography, cooking… music, film & TV… …

Meet our fabulous Finance Director, Nicola. She runs the CNS accounts, marathons, and takes care of a family of bees as well as her own! It’s no wonder she’s the queen bee of the office.

Meet digital marketing ninja, Shaun. Don’t be fooled by his hard Yorkshire exterior, he’s a softie really. When he’s not grafting away he’s probably listening to Oasis, taking photos or entertaining his two-year-old daughter.

Max is on the search for the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.

You’ll find him battling someone at ping-pong when he’s optimising campaigns.

Meet Fliss, whose been in the sales game for over 20 years. 

But when she’s not closing a deal, she’s spinning the decks as a hard drum n bass DJ for a French radio station, ‘The Underground Lair’ and nightclubs around the UK. 

Say hello to Chris, whose an ex Jungle Run contestant. He’s on a client hunt now rather than treasure and enjoys getting our clients the best rates for their campaigns. 

If he’s not qualifying leads, you’ll probably find him in the gym or running a marathon!  

Meet our eccentric director Tom. He’s been instrumental in some huge projects for our clients, specialising in digital TV campaigns. When he’s not working his magic on pitches he can be found enjoying some golf, a pint of craft ale or entertaining his two children.

Meet domain man who’s been with us for a decade, Tom! He started building websites 20 years ago and can still be found coding from time to time when he’s not working on marketing strategy.

Meet our acclaimed Account Director Alex! He’s the friendly face our clients see first, before he liaises with our creative bunch who make great ideas happen. When he’s not on parent duty he enjoys going to pub quizzes and watching West Bromwich Albion.

Meet our media planner Adele. She owns the show in buying and planning media campaigns. When she’s not negotiating with a client, she will most likely be negotiating veganism, house renovating or dog mothering! 

Meet our media buyer, Georgia. When it comes to buying and planning, she knows the best media mix for a delicious advertising recipe. When she’s not cooking up a perfect strategy, she is most likely planning the interior for her new home. 

Originally from Connecticut, USA, Lauren is tapping into insane market research to assist our Media Buying team target precisely.

But when she’s not analysing data, you’ll find her exploring the Peak District, gardening or walking her dogs Mia and Pippin.

Meet the lovely Megan! Our digital marketing assistant working hard behind the scenes creating campaign magic. A girl who works hard but brunches harder, when she’s not getting the bevs in and brunchin’ through Sheffield, you’ll find her out and about in the peak district.

Meet our social and creative designer Matt Lovett. He’s the brains behind the designs for our clients’ socials.  As well as taking care of our clients’ artwork he also does awesome digital dog portraits. When he’s waiting for assets to export he’s most likely dancing around the office.

Meet lovely Lucy, our Digital Marketing Assistant! 

She’s cracking down on our latest digital campaigns, optimising them for the perfect ROAS. 

Besides going Digital, she enjoys a perfectly mixed cocktail whilst re-watching Grey’s Anatomy for the 100th time. 

Ben is a camera crazy animator and videographer who also loves making short films and documentaries. When he’s not behind the camera, he gets his kicks playing a football or practicing mindful meditation.

Meet our Copywriting Wizard, Courtney. If you’re struggling to find the right words, she’s got the magic in her book of spells. When she’s not writing spellbinding copy, you’ll find her exploring the UK, which is still fairly new to her coming from sunny South Africa.

Meet our social butterfly, Evaristo! He’s been a director at CNS from the very beginning, overseeing the offline media planning and buying. You’ll never catch him in a bad mood and not even a global pandemic could run him down.

Say hello to our HR Assistant, Grant. 

As a qualified Level 5 CIPD associate within HR, and a local lad, he’s come to share his passion and knowledge.

He’s bravely offered to volunteer in upcoming TikToks, so we’re making it official here. 

Meet the man who started it all, the OG of CNS Andy Hattersley! One of the most entrepreneurial people you’ll ever meet, he set up the company way back in 2006 and hasn’t stopped working ever since. When he’s not raising the bar at work, you’ll find him propping it up at his very local pub the Hattersley Arms or walking his beloved dogs.

As a creative, he’s all hands on pitch decks, creating concepts that will keep people on board, rather than overbored. He’s ridden the radio wave for two decades and now is ready to sail the creative seas.

When not lost in thought, you’ll catch him finger drumming or showing off the latest card trick.

Shannon’s got her hands on all the accounts, ensuring we’ve got our ducks in a row. But when she’s not crunching down the numbers and making a brew, she takes her very cute Beagle on adventures!

Full-time Digital Marketing Executive and part-time Foodie, Ryenne loves finding the best CPC and new restaurants to tuck into. When she’s not on the hunt, she’s winding down in a Hotpod yoga class.

Martin lives and breathes video, when he’s not creating awesome stuff at work you’ll still find him behind the camera at home – he’s written, directed and filmed his own short film and is also working on an animated kids series for YouTube.

Meet our Sales Coordinator, Chris. He’s the first point of contact for our clients, helping them plan and deliver smashing campaigns. You’ll find him exploring the Peak District when he’s not on a call and sharing random facts about his favourite films.
