Media Planner

To support continued growth, we are looking for a Media Planner to join our team.

Our Offline team work across all traditional media channels including TV, Radio, Press, Outdoor as well as other new channels and ambient media. CNS also have a full in house digital, design and development team working on Web/App development, Animation, Graphic Design and multi-platform online marketing.

About the Role
To support continued growth, we are looking for a Media Planner to join our team. The key responsibilities of the role will be:
- Proactively managing the day-to-day activities of assigned accounts with clients and CNS Media suppliers – providing and requesting information required for media campaign planning and booking
- Providing internal support to Account Managers – creating presentations, provision of planning information, booking, tracking and billing for media campaigns
- Gathering and presenting media insight and research to inform campaign strategy
- Preparing comprehensive post campaign analysis reports where appropriate
- Complete work within appropriate SLA/deadline on a daily basis: setting up distribution reports, campaign set up, compiling internal campaign trackers, entering in delivery #’s etc.
- Ensure the quality of services and solutions, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests, and troubleshooting of all reporting or data issues.
- Facilitate and ensure contract billing process is administered with quality in a timely manner.
- Write and develop rich content for media and digital clients
- Manage and/or participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong understanding of media strategy
- Confident in the planning, execution and reporting/insight stages of media campaigns
- Experience in planning and buying some of the following media: TV / VOD / Radio / OOH / Press and other media
- Excellent communicator, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and building strong client relationships
- Must be comfortable presenting to clients
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, comfortable working with data for insight and post campaign analysis
- Need to be able to manage workload effectively and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in content creation and/or blogging would be beneficial
Accounts Assistant

To support continued growth, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant
About the role
As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and general admin assistance to the Accounts Director.
The key responsibilities of the role will be
- Input bank receipts and bank payments into Sage.
- Manage petty cash receipts.
- Input any credit card receipts.
- Match off supplier invoices/credit notes into Sage.
- Raise order invoices if required.
- Reconcile credit card statements.
- Create invoices for hosting and domain renewals.
- Run payroll and pension payments.
Candidate Requirements (Essential)
- Must be able to use Sage or a similar accounts package.
- Capable using spreadsheets/ google sheets.
- Very organised, comfortable with numbers.
- Friendly, personable, be able to call customers and suppliers.
- Level of accounts experience – 3 years plus.
- Self-motivated, confident and hard-working with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a social or marketing agency environment.
Senior SEO Specialist

To support continued growth, we are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
If you are an SEO specialist who is currently working in a senior role in an Agency and looking to elevate your career and run a blend of Technical & content led SEO, then this role is for you.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working directly with clients to pitch, plan and implement campaigns and SEO strategies
- Extracting insight from campaign data, to identify relevant trends and provide well developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall client search marketing goals and objectives
- Overseeing the solving of complex technical SEO problems for websites across different platforms
- Working closely with key team members in other departments, such as creative writers and developers, to ensure client success.
- Exhibiting clear understanding of overall client brand messaging and goals, and managing the development of content for search engine marketing purposes
- Identify and manage project opportunities for clients across SEO, Content & Technical Performance
The role will include all aspects of SEO and supportive fields, whether that be content creation, on and off-site optimisation, technical audits, conversion rate optimisation and user experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Thorough understanding of SEO with at least 3 years experience (essential).
- Proven track record with demonstrable real world examples (essential).
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush etc (essential).
- Extensive experience with GTM and advanced conversion tracking (essential).
- Extensive experience working in an agency setting (essential).
- Experience working with WordPress (basic coding skills would be advantageous).
- Experience in creating and delivering client pitches.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service as part of a team.
- Need to be able to manage workload effectively and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
