Post-war Birmingham coming into the 1920s was a tough place for many… Peaky Blinders follows a notorious Tommy Shelby and his gangster family around the streets of Birmingham, exploiting both the police and rival gangs. With the Shelby empire soon to get so big, it is on the verge of crashing down right before Tommy’s feet, the series shows the ups and down of the family ensuring they don’t draw too much attention to themselves, but as imaginable, this isn’t always as easy as it seems.

Many people have heard of a character named Pablo Escobar, a notorious Colombian drug lord and drug trafficker with a cartel nobody wanted to get involved with, not in a bad way anyway!
Narcos is a TV series that focuses on the rise of Pablo Escobar from his small beginnings, smuggling illegal goods into Columbia all the way to where he was earning so much cash, he had to bury it in the grounds of his enormous properties.

With the American DEA breathing down the neck of Escobar, it makes for more intense viewing, however, will require your full attention with subtitles being quite prominent throughout the series.

Better Call Saul is a Netflix Original series based upon a lawyer called Saul Goodman.
The lead character was actually played a large part of Breaking Bad, taking the guise of a dodgy lawyer of whom Walter White and many other criminal characters used to help them in their time of need.
Set before Breaking Bad, it gives you an insight into the life of Saul Goodman and what made him become the twisted, crook of a lawyer in the first place.

It’s a classic series made by E4 which revolves around a group of 4 teenage boys who are studying for their A-Levels.
Based on the writer’s actual life experiences, it contains hours of stomach hurting, laughing.
